These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Neida Portable Toilets website and the rental services we provide.

Service Agreement

Rental agreements are subject to written or verbal confirmation. Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or scheduling.

Site Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe, unobstructed access to the delivery location and a suitable placement site for the units.

Damage & Loss

Customers are responsible for damage caused by misuse, vandalism, or theft of rental equipment.

Cancellations

Cancellations should be made as far in advance as possible. Late cancellations or same-day changes may incur fees.

Payment

Payment terms are outlined in your quote or rental agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Limitation of Liability

Neida Portable Toilets is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from equipment use or service delays.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking a rental with Neida Portable Toilets, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to a separate written or verbal service agreement that specifies delivery date, unit type, service frequency, rental duration, and price. Rental prices are quoted in advance and are honored for 30 days from the quote date unless otherwise noted.

Site Access & Placement

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery site is safe, legal, and accessible for our service vehicles. Any damage to lawns, driveways, sprinkler systems, or utilities caused by conditions outside our reasonable control is not the responsibility of Neida Portable Toilets.

Care of Equipment

Units must be used only for their intended purpose. Customers are responsible for reasonable protection of units from vandalism, tipping, misuse, and unauthorized relocation. Damage caused by misuse may result in repair or replacement charges outlined in the rental agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are stated on your invoice. Late payments may incur a service fee. Accounts more than 30 days past due may result in unit removal.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery are refunded in full. Cancellations inside 48 hours may incur a mobilization fee. Weather-related reschedules are accommodated without charge whenever possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nebraska law, Neida Portable Toilets is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska.
